Under her leadership, Milton has expanded capabilities and earned critical certifications including HUBZone certification in 2011, ISO 9001 quality management systems, and ITAR registration for defense contracting.

In 2017, Milton's achievements were recognized nationally when the company represented Michigan at the White House for Made in America Day and hosted a visit from U.S. Secretary of Labor Alexander Acosta.
